Making multiple editing possible by typing
I was stupid enough to make a timetable without first adding classrooms. I forgot putting a "-" classroom in the list so no lessons are shown in my classroom view. Thus I cannot drag the cards into the right room and I'm forced to edit every single lesson.
Okay that was stupid but there should be, also for other reasons, an ability to multiple edit lessons just by typing in the grid. Because you see, all art classes are in the art room, history in the library, and so on... Oo another solution would be ofcourse to be able to…2 votesThank you very much for your feedback! Here is how to easily and visually change any card(s) resource:
1) Select multiple cards in any view
2) Right mouse click any of selected cards and choose Edit cards
3) Change subject, teacher(s), class(es)/group(s), length, desired or alternative rooms and click EditYou can keep current selection and add additional resources to all selected cards with “More…” button, e.g. add additional teacher, class/group, etc.

Ability to minimize teacher's moves between the buildings
We are a split site (a Boys School and a Girls School) which requires staff to move from one school to the other. We really need a function that tells the scheduler to not timetable staff in two different schools when lessons are back-to-back (no break between them). This should be a relatively easy function for you to add to the software - just requires all classes to be designated as Boys or Girls and a pop-up menu that allows the user to identify back-to-back lessons.
