Choose ‘Owl > Help > About’ to show whether Prime Timetable is up to date. If the app is not up to date then link is displayed to get the latest version. About form also displays links to release notes, suggest an idea and report the issue.

The columns in the exported CSV file are: activity number, class short name, optional group short name (not included by default), teacher short name, subject short name, room(s) short name, day position and period position. In order to include group short name column hold Ctrl key while clicking Save as > CSV File in the main menu: https://primetimetable.com/help/#save-csv

One timetabler can change a teacher’s name and the other one their short name, but there will be no overwrites after saving changes. In the rarest edge case when merging is not possible, e.g. timetablers have both changed the same teacher’s name the software uses “last save wins” model: the name saved by the latter timetabler will overwrite the name saved by the former one, while all other changes will be properly merged: https://primetimetable.com/help/#collaborate

Grid sort will immediately refresh the view. Use the new History panel to undo sort.

Custom periods can be reordered by moving them from one default period to another using up and down arrows in the bottom right corner of the grid: https://primetimetable.com/help/#custom

Default and custom periods are going to be merged based on entered start and end times. All activities, clips and marks from selected timetable will be added to the base: timetable.https://primetimetable.com/help/#merge
