Assign classes to more than one room
When we have lessons that meet in more than one room at the same time, is it possible to allow us to assign multiple rooms and have all show up on the facility/room assignment page?

Ability to create user who have view only permission is added. View only account is not allowed to save any timetable changes. All other options, like print, automatic timetable generator, card designer, etc. are still available.

Variable lesson length
Ability to change the length of lessons such as some lessons 45 mins and some 60 mins

Choose ‘Owl > Import > Merge with another timetable’ to merge currently open timetable with another one.

The new “Open in Prime Timetable” link is added in upper right corner of published web page which will let any viewer to view existing timetable in Prime Timetable for better viewing and printing experience. Of course, for such user saving changes is disabled.

Improve the view in single class view by showing divisions
In a double period you see one division / hour
6 votesUsing card designer you can add group name or group short name into card in single or entire class view. Group name or short name will only show up in complex cards. Published web page will also follow.

Ability to schedule shared resources (teachers and rooms) across multiple timetables (i.e. MS, HS)
Our elementary and secondary schools have different bell schedules and number of periods; however, multiple teachers are shared between the two schools. It would be nice to be able to schedule both schools while respecting the teacher availability constraints.
Alternatively, allow for multiple bell schedules (periods) in a single schedule.
This would need some requirements gathering work to be done...

Published web page is accessible on open window by clicking icon in the first column, or by clicking title while holding Ctrl on the keyboard, or by choosing Owl > Share > Publish to the Web

Published timetable have darker document title than non-published timetable.

Long text in card is wrapped, now. In published web page long text is also wrapped on space character.

For instance, if there are 2 groups, card representing 1 group have one half width of period in single class view. Also, left position is based on group position in division, now.

If timetable is published, allow anyone to access it in Prime Timetable with saving changes disabled

Card border can be customized on Card designer form, now. Card border can be round, square, round (no border) and square (no border).

Both values are increased so that now you can choose 10 days and 25 periods or 15 days and 15 periods, as long as number of days multiplied with number of periods is less than 255.

There is a new option in Card designer (choose ‘Owl > Print > Card designer’) for the card background: no color. When selected, all cards won’t have background color and published web page will follow this when timetable changes are saved.

Timetables on the open window are opened from client cache when Internet connection is not detected.

Check out new card designer that lets you completely customize the appearance of cards in the school/college/university timetable. Just use right mouse click button on any timetable card in desired view.
