Concerning exportation of a csv file...

I would like to see two more features for the export...
#1 the first column should be an id number (the number of the record)
#2... when exporting a double period you export the double as a repetition of the first period but do not change the period number.

This could be addressed in one of two ways: have a size field (this would be preferable) indicating how many periods the entry actually spans. Or have the second period starting on the next period (right now it indicates that it starts on the period number of the previous entry)

The data colid then more easily be imported and used by a database system for producing reports.
