The columns in the exported CSV file are: activity number, class short name, optional group short name (not included by default), teacher short name, subject short name, room(s) short name, day position and period position. In order to include group short name column hold Ctrl key while clicking Save as > CSV File in the main menu: https://primetimetable.com/help/#save-csv

Choose ‘Owl > Help > About’ to show whether Prime Timetable is up to date. If the app is not up to date then link is displayed to get the latest version. About form also displays links to release notes, suggest an idea and report the issue.

Choose ‘Owl > Import > Import periods’. Imported periods will be properly inserted based on period intervals.

In order to import students choose ‘Owl > Manage > Classes’, select a class on the list, click Students button and then choose ‘Import items’ or use paste keyboard shortcut (Ctrl + V on Windows or Cmd + V on Mac). Individual class view can be filtered by specific student or group(s). Click student or group to view their individual timetable and click again to remove the filter. When filtering by students/groups, the related icons will replace the indicator icon: https://primetimetable.com/help/#individual

- Choose Manage > Activities
- The total number of classes, activities and hours is displayed above the activities grid
- Open class combo to filter activities by specific class and group/student and see their total activities count and total hours
