- Add column called "clips" for importing clips while importing activities
- While importing, cards for activities with the same clip name will be clipped if possible
- If activities that should be clipped have different number of cards then minimum number of cards will be used for clipping and the rest will remain unclipped
- The number of imported clips is reported along with other imported resources/activities
- If clipping is not possible user will receive notification for ignored clip names

- Choose Manage > Subjects, select subject and click Edit
- Expand More and check Exclude from statistics
- Click EditActivities for subjects excluded from the statistics will not be taken into account when generating statistics/reports. For instance, you might want to exclude lunch, break, recess, teacher meeting, preparation, duty, assembly, after-school activities (e.g. study hall, pack-up) or similar. Ignored subjects and related activities are displayed in italic.

Custom ordering of unscheduled cards.
I would love to be able to custom order unscheduled cards for a class.
For example all the maths lessons together, all the English lessons together. IN that way I can keep track of the activities I created in a more efficient way. Thanks!6 votesThank you for adding your suggestion for improvement. Unscheduled cards are now grouped by subjects (and sorted by subject position) and further sorted by card length (longer cards go first). In that way, unscheduled cards follow ordering of subjects which can be controlled using up and down arrows in the bottom right corner of the grid.
The ordering can be changed while dragging unscheduled cards and if you want to reorder/group them again just refresh the view by selecting the same view in the view picker.

Thank you for adding suggestion for sort improvement. Obviously, you can reorder teachers any way you like by using up/down arrows in the bottom right corner of the grid. We have just published a new version which additionally allows sorting teachers by tag and then by name. In that way, you can add ‘Science’ or ‘IT’ tags for teachers and then sort grid by clicking Tags column header. That will sort teachers by department (tag) and then by name. Hopefully, that will be useful in some scenarios.

Add the Option to "Name" the days for a download.
For example, we use Monday-Friday, the PowerSchool Download gives the days an Alpha A-E letter format. I need them in M-F.
1 voteHere is a simple workaround:
- Export to PowerSchool
- Open file in Excel and select Expression column
- Replace all letters A-E with Monday-Friday -
Ability to group staff and then assign groups
Create groups of teachers/staff and then assign a group to an activity. For example, we have an upper school assembly that should be attended by all upper school staff. It would be great to have an "Upper School Faculty" staff group and then assign that group to the activity, rather than individual teachers
4 votesThank you for adding suggestion for improvement. Tags are added for teachers, rooms, classes and subjects so you can quickly filter specific teachers, rooms, classes or subjects, e.g. when assigning an activity, copying constraints to specific resources or creating a view. Multiple tags should be separated with comma, e.g. “lab, 1st floor”. More in the user guide: https://primetimetable.com/help/#tags&q

Days of the Week for activities
The ability to specify that an activity can only appear on a particular day of the week. Programming for blended learning is challenging because some teachers and students are at home. Some teachers can only teach a particular group of students when they are home.
1 voteThank you for adding suggestion for improvement. I believe this is already possible because you can add any subject and add related activities. Then you can switch to subject master view, pick the red marker and mark days that you want to forbid. Marker in the bottom-right corner draws or erases forbidden, unwanted or mandatory positions for classes, teachers, rooms and subjects in any master, individual or extra view. Watch video on how to draw forbidden positions https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-NCOSPEJrbI or read more in the user guide: https://primetimetable.com/help/#marker.
